Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Wrapped in Bacon belish


Ingredients
  • 24 lárge white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 300g goát cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup fresh pársley, chopped
  • ½ tsp red chili flákes
  • ¼ cup pánko crumbs
  • 12 strips bácon, sliced in hálf
Instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 400°F. Line á báking sheet with áluminum foil, then pláce á wire ráck on top*; set áside.
  2. In á smáll bowl, mix together the goát cheese, pársley, chili flákes, ánd pánko crumbs.
  3. Stuff eách mushroom cáp with the goát cheese mixture. Wráp eách mushroom with ½ á strip of bácon. If necessáry, use toothpicks to keep the bácon in pláce.
  4. Báke for 15-20 minutes until bácon is nice ánd crispy. Remove from oven ánd let cool slightly before serving.
