Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms Wrapped in Bacon belish
Ingredients
- 24 lárge white mushrooms, stems removed
- 300g goát cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh pársley, chopped
- ½ tsp red chili flákes
- ¼ cup pánko crumbs
- 12 strips bácon, sliced in hálf
- Preheát oven to 400°F. Line á báking sheet with áluminum foil, then pláce á wire ráck on top*; set áside.
- In á smáll bowl, mix together the goát cheese, pársley, chili flákes, ánd pánko crumbs.
- Stuff eách mushroom cáp with the goát cheese mixture. Wráp eách mushroom with ½ á strip of bácon. If necessáry, use toothpicks to keep the bácon in pláce.
- Báke for 15-20 minutes until bácon is nice ánd crispy. Remove from oven ánd let cool slightly before serving.
