LOW CARB SPINACH STUFFED MUSHROOMS RECIPE WITH FETA CHEESE belish


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Báby portobello mushrooms (ábout 24 mushrooms, stems removed)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 8 oz Spinách (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Fetá cheese (crumbled)
  • 4 cloves Gárlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh pársley (minced)

INSTRUCTIONS

  2. Preheát the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C). Line á báking sheet with foil or párchment páper (greáse lightly if using foil).
  3. Pláce the spinách in á bowl with á few táblespoons of wáter ánd cover with plástic wráp. Steám in the microwáve for 2 minutes, until wilted. (You cán álso steám the spinách on the stove if you prefer.) Dráin extrá wáter ánd set áside to cool.
